Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

There are no exceptions to this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging from our store.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use (such as our Jesus Journals that may have missing pages or scribbling on them.)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our decision regarding your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card again.

Then contact your bank or credit card company, as the transaction may still be processing on the bank’s end. (Sometimes it takes some time before your refund is officially posted to your account, even after the bank receives the funds.)

If you’ve done this and your 30 days have passed and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@christianinspo.com and we will try our best to help you.

Exchange Policy

Please note that all exchanges are subject to a shipping fee and exchange fee.

There are no exceptions to this.

All items are custom made for you, so in order to control costs and prevent fraudulent transactions we cannot make an exception to this policy. Thank you for understanding.
